Application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in improving neurological function after operationof hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
快速康复护理在改善高血压脑出血术后神经功能中的应用

摘要

目的 研究快速康复护理在改善高血压脑出血术后神经功能中的应用效果。方法 将我院在2021.1月至2022.1月收治的76例高血压脑出血手术患者为研究对象，采用随机分组的办法，分成研究组和对照组，前者予以快速康复护理，后者予以常规护理，对两组分别护理干预后的神经功能缺损评分、巴塞尔指数评分、FMA评分、并发症发生率。结果 研究组在巴塞尔指数评分、FMA评分和对照组对比上，前者显著优于后者，神经功能缺损评分研究组低于对照组；在术后并发症发生率对比上，研究组的评分显著低于对照组，P＜0.05，以上均有统计学差异。结论 对于高血压脑出血患者而言，接受快速康复护理会改善他们的术后神经功能，降低术后并发症的发生概率，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in improving neurological function after operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
Methods 76 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The former was given rapid rehabilitation nursing, and the latter was given routine nursing. The neurological deficit score, Basel index score, FMA score and complication rate of the two groups after nursing intervention were evaluated respectively.
Results the Basel index score and FMA score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the control group; In the comparison of postoperative complications, the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing can improve their postoperative neurological function and reduce the probability of postoperative complications, which is worth using.
