探究异丙酚复合普鲁卡因治疗脑外科的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 分析和研究对脑外科患者治疗中使用异丙酚复合普鲁卡因治疗方式起到的效果和作用。方法 本次实验时间为2022年5月至2023年5月,选择该时间段在本院脑外科收治的80例患者为观察对象,为了保障实验具有研究意义,需要将实验中的观察对象按照随机数字表方式分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例患者。对照组脑外科患者治疗中单纯使用普鲁卡因,观察组脑外科患者治疗中使用异丙酚复合普鲁卡因治疗方式,治疗后对两组患者身体状况实施对比,通过对比了解不同治疗方式的效果和优势。结果 根据实验结果可以得知,观察组患者治疗情况优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗有效率为97.5%,高于对照组87.5%(P<0.05)。结论 在脑外科患者治疗中使用异丙酚复合普鲁卡因治疗方式具有的效果好、安全性高,麻醉效果明显、平稳性高的优势,所以值得在临床实践中应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect and role played by the use of isoproterenol compound procaine treatment modality in the treatment of brain surgery patients.
Methods The time of this experiment is from May 2022 to May 2023, and 80 patients admitted to the Department of Brain Surgery of our hospital are selected as the observation objects. In order to ensure that the experiment has research significance, the observation objects in the experiment need to be divided into the control group and the observation group according to a random number table, with 40 patients in each group. In the control group, procaine alone is used in the treatment of brain surgery patients, and in the observation group, isoproterenol combined with procaine is used in the treatment of brain surgery patients, and the physical conditions of patients in the two groups are compared after treatment, so as to understand the effects and advantages of different treatment modalities through comparison.
Results According to the experimental results, it can be learnt that the treatment of patients in the observation group is better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the effective rate of treatment of patients in the observation group is 97.5%, which is higher than that of the control group, which is 87.5% (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of isoproterenol and procaine in the treatment of brain surgery patients has the advantages of good effect, high safety, obvious anaesthesia effect and high smoothness, so it is worth applying in clinical practice.
